Roles & Responsibilities :
- Craft and implement responsive HTML email templates, landing pages, and registration forms, ensuring consistency brand guidelines.
- Administer end-to-end email campaign management using marketing automation tools. This includes building emails, segmenting audiences, and managing workflows.
- Optimize email campaigns through techniques such as A / B testing and dynamic content personalization. Ensure emails adhere to industry standards and display correctly across devices and email clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to map and enhance the customer journey through various touchpoints within the marketing automation platform.
- Coordinate with marketers, account manager, and external vendors on the planning and execution of programmatic display ad campaigns on non-social sites
Project Management and Continuous Improvement :
Engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to maintain project momentum and adaptability.Conduct thorough quality reviews of project outcomes to align with internal benchmarks and client needs.The successful candidate will possess :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.At least 8 to 10 years of experience in content authoring, publishing, email campaign management, or demand generation roles.Strong English oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated hands-on expertise with web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)Proficient with design and web development tools such as Photoshop and Dreamweaver.Experience in managing targeted email campaigns and nurturing programs.Proven experience with digital publishing platforms, with a preference for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms, with a preference for Eloqua.Familiarity with CRM tools, Salesforce being the preferred platform.Proficient in using project management tools like Workfront to enhance collaboration, manage assets, and maintain visibility of project workflows.Shift timings : 2 PM to 11 PM IST
