Functional HCM Consultant

At Opkey, we are disrupting the space of ERP transformation testing by building an AI-powered No Code Testing platform for Enterprise business applications (like Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S4Hana, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and the likes). As we expand, we’re looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Recruiting (ORC), Compensation, Helpdesk, and Learning modules to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across ORC, Compensation, Helpdesk, and Learning modules.

2. Act as a subject matter expert, providing best practices and functional guidance aligned with business objectives.

3. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly Oracle HCM solutions.

4. Drive and support full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations—including discovery, configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.

5. Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with specialization in ORC, Compensation, Helpdesk, and Learning.

3. Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations.

4. Strong understanding of end-to-end HCM processes (hire-to-retire, talent development, employee self-service).

5. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues.

6. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

7. Oracle certifications in one or more relevant modules are a plus.
