Stratacent - MFT Engineer

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise MFT environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cleo Harmony configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements (BSA role).
• Expertise in file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, AS4).
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure (VPNs, DNS, firewalls, load balancers).
• Knowledge of encryption, security certificates, and key management (PGP, SSL / TLS).
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (Splunk, SolarWinds, Cleo Dashboards).
