Quality Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure our products / services meet industry standards and customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes, drive continuous improvement, and resolve defects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and QA procedures for products / services.
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Implement automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, LabVIEW) to improve efficiency.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other relevant standards.
• Analyze quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, failure trends) and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers / manufacturers to ensure quality in the supply chain.
• Document QA processes and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
