You will play a crucial role in enhancing our LinkedIn strategy, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- LinkedIn Content Creation & Management : Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content for BDA Technologies and its clients, including posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
- Tailor content to resonate with our target audience (B2B professionals, decision-makers in the relevant industry).
- Research industry trends and relevant topics to generate fresh content ideas.
- Support the adaptation and localization of marketing assets for LinkedIn.
- Community Engagement & Growth : Monitor LinkedIn activity, engage with comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
- Identify and engage with relevant industry groups and influencers on LinkedIn.
- Assist in expanding our LinkedIn network and follower base through strategic outreach.
- Campaign Support : Support the planning and execution of LinkedIn marketing campaigns, including organic and potentially paid initiatives.
- Assist in creating compelling ad copy and visuals for LinkedIn campaigns.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting : Track and analyze LinkedIn performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, follower growth, website clicks).
- Prepare regular reports on LinkedIn performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct competitive analysis on LinkedIn to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to understand our target audience's needs and preferences on LinkedIn.
- Research competitor activities and industry trends to inform our LinkedIn strategy.
- General Marketing Support : Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas and concepts.
- Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed, providing a holistic learning experience.
Skills & Qualifications :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong understanding and active user of the LinkedIn platform, especially for professional networking and content consumption.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to create engaging and persuasive content.Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media best practices.Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, basic Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.What We Offer :
