About the Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Design Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys writing, designing content, managing social media, and creating visually appealing marketing collateral. You will support our marketing and branding efforts, with a focus on engagement and content creation for Talentiser.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing & Design : Write and design engaging content for marketing materials, promotional campaigns.

Social Media Management : Curate, schedule, and publish posts on and other relevant platforms to highlight our brand, services, and industry insights.

Collateral Creation : Develop attractive visual collaterals such as infographics, presentations, and digital assets to support marketing initiatives.

Brand Consistency : Maintain brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.

Trend Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align content with company goals and campaigns.

Qualifications :

Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Skills : Strong writing and graphic design skills; proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint); experience managing social media platforms, especially .

Attributes : Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn about digital marketing and employer branding.

Portfolio : Ability to share samples of previous writing or design work is a plus.
