Project Manager -.Net Technologies

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and a strong background in .NET technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Microsofts technology stack, including ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL Server, and modern web development tools, combined with hands-on project management capabilities. Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, create project plans, allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
• Implement best practices in Agile or Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and UI / UX designers.
• Mentor and guide technical teams to deliver high-quality output.
• Conduct regular reviews, standups, and sprint retrospectives.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, define priorities, and communicate updates proactively.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Understand and review technical architecture and design decisions.
• Oversee development on Microsoft Skills & Qualifications :
• 15+ years of experience in software development and project management.
• Proven track record managing large .NET-based enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET, C#, MVC Framework, SQL Server and relational databases
• Experience in Front-end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
• Experience in Integration technologies like Web Services, WCF
• Experience in full SDLC, project budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, planning, and documentation skills.
• Must be fluent in Telugu.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is :
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
