Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Admin position at Rolling Canvas Presentations located in the Greater Sydney Area. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management.

- Base Salary + Performance Bonuses
- Expected earnings up to ₹80,000 per month (if sales targets are achieved)
- Full training will be provided.
- Company will provide a laptop and phone for work purposes.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Lead Management
- Handle all incoming leads and enquiries via Tave (CRM), WhatsApp, phone, and email.
- Enter leads promptly into Tave (CRM).
- Prepare and send quotes, packages, and proposals (designed via Canva).
- Follow up regularly with clients to close the sale.
- Answer client queries professionally and promptly.
- Handle follow-ups for pending payments.
Client & Event Coordination
- Create accurate event schedules in Tave (CRM) for each client.
- Gather run sheets and event details from clients.
- Communicate last-minute changes to relevant team members effectively.
- Book and confirm availability of photographers, videographers, and live streamers from our preferred list of contractors.
- Manage bookings like flights, hotels, car hires, and accommodations when required for team members.
Administration
- Prepare timesheets for all team members involved in capturing events.
- Cross-check Excel sheets to ensure everything sold by the team is correctly invoiced.
- Keep the management updated on task progress, upcoming deadlines, and reminders.
Must have experience in the event management industry, wedding studio, or photography / videography business (preferred).
Strong sales acumen – ability to close deals through WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
Skilled in managing schedules and multitasking.
Familiarity with Canva, Excel, and CRM tools (Tave (CRM) experience is a bonus; training provided) .
Must be available and responsive on WhatsApp during Australian working hours and after-hours up to 9 pm.
Must have a strong command of English (speaking and listening) to effectively communicate with clients based in Australia.
Be proactive in sending reminders and updates to the management and team.
- Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails with clients in a professional manner.
