Your Role
This role is open for three teams : Category, Growth or Supply Chain (Dark Store and Last Mile).
You would be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and leading financial planning and analysis activities. You will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance, support business decision-making, and ensure the financial health of the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior business leaders, to optimize financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (MOP, QOP & AOP) :
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support growth initiatives, cost optimization, and profitability improvements.
- Work with Cross functional teams to tie end-to-end financial planning.
2. Business Partnering :
Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial guidance, support & Co- own Business targets.Building depth business operations and driving growth & Profitability.Collaborate with cross functional teams, including sell side, pricing and category team, to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.Present financial results and business insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.3. Category Management :
Develop financial strategies to support inventory management, procurement, and supplier negotiations.Work closely with supply chain and category teams to analyze and optimize costs across the supply chain.Monitor and report on key metrics related to category profitability through pricing, margins and supply chain efficiencyActively working with Business on optimizing and solving for Working Capital.4. Team Leadership :
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the finance team.What We’re Looking For :
CA or MBA with relevant experience of 9 years +Strong experience in the business finance domain including budgeting, ROI, variance analysis, stakeholder & team management.Demonstrated experience in revenue planning, pricing, supply chain finance and category management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Leadership and team managementStrategic thinking and business partnering
