UX Designer

The Opportunity :

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and contribute to the end-to-end UX design process, from initial concept to final implementation.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user needs.
• Analyze user research data and translate findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (low-fidelity and high-fidelity) to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring consistency with our design system (DSL).
• Utilize and contribute to our Design System (DSL) to ensure scalability and consistency across our products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment of design solutions with technical constraints and business objectives.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
• Iterate rapidly on design solutions based on user feedback, technical limitations, and business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Effectively present and communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
