Job Title : ServiceNow Architect

Relevant Experience : (10-15) Years

Job Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune / Delhi NCR. Job Description :

Required Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of experience, currently working as an Architect on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with architecting ITxM (i.e. ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) modules in ServiceNow.
• Experience on any other ServiceNow module is a plus.
• Experience on at-least 2 end-to-end implementations of ITSM, ITOM and ITAM.
• Must be well equipped with running customer workshops for requirement gathering, together with BA.
• Experience in building roadmaps and providing consultation keeping in mind the existing tool stack of the customer.
• Experience with improving CMDB health and suggesting improvements.
• Adept to a client facing role. Good written, verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
