RPA Architect

Job role : RPA Architect

Location : Hyderabad

Mode of work : Hybrid(office)

Preferred local to Hyderabad

• 15+ years of professional experience in IT and automation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Architect role specializing in UiPath and Power Automate.

Practice Development

o Build and manage a team of RPA specialists,and other technical staff.

o Establish best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for RPA project execution.

Project Oversight

o Oversee the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions.

o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

o Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure the adoption of cutting-edge RPA tools and techniques.

Technical Leadership

o Provide technical guidance to development teams on RPA implementation.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, Sr. Developers, Technical Leads / Architects / Presales Teams

o Ensure that RPA solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

Innovation and Research

o Monitor emerging RPA technologies, trends, and advancements to ensure the organization remains competitive.

o Promote the ethical use of RPA and establish governance frameworks for responsible RPA practices.

Solution Architecture :

Design and architect end-to-end RPA and Power Automate solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Lead a team of developers and automation experts to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business process requirements, identifying opportunities for automation.

Hands-on development of automation workflows using UiPath and Power Automate.

Implement testing strategies to validate the accuracy and reliability of automation solutions.

Continuously optimize and improve existing automation processes.

Maintain documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Address and resolve technical issues and concerns.

Recommend enhancements or updates to existing systems.

Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive information.

Build relationships with vendors and manage licenses and contracts.

Reports on the progress and performance of automation projects to senior management.

Experience with Python Development (Good to have)
