Job Title :
Compliance / Secretarial
Roles and Responsibilities
- To ensure compliance of the provisions under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and RBI Directions.
- Interpretation of provisions and filing of forms / returns within the specified timelines.
- Coordinating board / general meeting and monitoring follow up actions.
- To prepare and approve legal forms, agreement leases and other official documents when authorized by the board of directors.
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports, financial disclosures, and other filings as per statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all corporate governance-related documents and communication.

A professional qualification (CS Company Secretary)
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws for NBFCs.
Work Experience :
2-3 years of experience in company secretarial roles, preferably within an NBFC or financial services firm.Location : Chennai
