Designation : CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Position Summary : The CFO will be a crucial member of the executive management team, reporting directly to the CEO. They will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial activities, including strategic planning, risk management, and compliance. The CFO will also lead a team overseeing finance, investor relations, treasury, commercial and legal matters, and drive initiatives for inorganic growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership :

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, aligning with business objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive management team.
• Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

12-15 years of progressive experience

Experience in the service industry or a similar sector is preferred.

Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, and financial law.

Proficient in financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
