We're looking for la high-impact Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the

technology team. Reporting directly to the CPTO, this role is at the heart of driving execution

rigor, scalable processes, and developer efficiency across the engineering organization. This

individual will work closely with engineering, product, design, various business teams & external

partners to deliver high-impact programs that shape the future of flexible workspaces in India.

We’re seeking an individual with 5–7 years of TPM experience , an excellent command of the

SDLC, and a proven track record of utilizing metrics to drive decision-making and operational

improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

Program & Execution Leadership-

• Lead the planning and delivery of cross-functional / cross-organization tech programs, from kickoff to rollout, across multiple pods and platforms.
• Own the roadmap delivery schedule, factoring in bandwidth, dependencies, and team velocity.
• Build and maintain structured program plans including timelines, milestones, risk registers, and communication cadences.
• Ensure strong alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Business teams and the external partners.
• Surface risks early, unblock teams, and drive a culture of proactive execution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations with clear communication, empathy and structure, always bringing data to the table.
