We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager, Regional Sales Commercial to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

In this key role, you will manage and drive direct sales engagements into mid-size enterprise accounts and strategic partners in an assigned territory. Your focus will be to create and implement account plans focused on attaining deployments of Fortinet products and services. Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage these during the sales process. Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI / RFP Responses, and Statements of Work. Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win / win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.

As a Manager, Regional Sales, you will :

  • Drive commercial business growth in the South India region, aligned with Fortinet's strategic priorities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on SMB and mid-market segments.
  • Own regional sales targets, pipeline generation, and revenue achievement.
  • Develop strong customer and partner relationships to expand Fortinet’s footprint.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEs, BDMs, Marketing, and Channel teams.

We Are Looking For :

A proven track record in sales, especially in Commercial, Enterprise or Mid-market segments. Strong ability to drive revenue, build customer relationships, and lead high-performing teams. Collaborative mindset with a deep understanding of Fortinet’s value proposition.

  • Minimum 15 years sales experience selling to Enterprise accounts.
  • Minimum 8 years selling network security products and services.
  • Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Competitive, Self-starter, Hunter-type mentality.
  • BS or equivalent experience, graduate degree preferred
