The Regional Sales & Operations Manager should be driving business growth through sales and ensure efficient operations across Region. His / her role....
1. Business Growth (Sales)
- Drive Rentals : Own and grow the rental business by meeting monthly / quarterly targets for equipment deployment.
- Business development : Build strong relationships with major clients (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, FMCG, etc.).
- Market : Track competitor moves, rental rates, and customer trends.
2. Execution
Fleet Utilization : Maximize equipment uptime and ensure high fleet utilization across all sites.Maintenance Oversight : Coordinate with service teams to ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is timely and efficient.Site Audits & Compliance : Ensure safe operations, adherence to SOPs, and safety audits across rental sites.3. Leadership
Team Supervision : Lead a team of sales executives, service coordinators across the region.Training & Development : Coach team on customer handling and process compliance.4. Reporting / Analysis
Dashboards : Make sure all reporting is in time. Log sheets, attendance, and compliances related reports to be submitted in given time.
