Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. Strong experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment. Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and patterns (e.g., REST, SOAP, middleware). Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset). Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus). Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools. Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus (Admin, Advanced Admin, App Builder, etc.). Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop customized solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other native tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
- Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and participate in code reviews.
- Maintain documentation of solutions, configurations, and system customizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide support as needed.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and new features.
