Job Purpose :

The Lead Salesforce Developer will oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet strategic banking objectives. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce and leadership experience in guiding development teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to drive high-quality, scalable, and secure Salesforce implementations within the banking domain.

Experience :

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and integrations
• 2+ years in a lead or senior role managing Salesforce development teams
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions for banking or financial services clients
• Strong experience with CI / CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins)
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of data modelling, role hierarchy, sharing models, and security standards in Salesforce
• Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking systems, REST / SOAP APIs, and third-party platforms
