Job description :  Lead QA Solutions Architect

Location : Remote

Budget : 40LPA upto

Experience : 8+yr

Skills set :  Technical expertise in test automation & QA frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Postman),

Business acumen for crafting strategies, POCs & domain‑specific solutions,

Exceptional communication, presentation, critical thinking, and relationship‑building skills

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to understand client pain points and craft industryspecific QA / testing solutions.
  • Prepare customized QA strategy documents, testing approaches, capability decks, and solution proposals.
  • Attend client calls and confidently answer queries, objections, and solution-related discussions.
  • Rapidly build Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), prototype automation scripts, or workflows as needed to support deals.
  • Act as a technical pre-sales SME across domains like BFSI, Logistics, Retail, Healthcare, SaaS, etc.
  • Research client domains, identify key QA touchpoints, and craft relevant visual presentations.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers on client-prep readiness, communication, and pre-sales hygiene.
  • Work directly with the CEO and Sales Head to support strategic pursuits and key RFPs.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 8–15 years of overall experience in Software Testing & QA.
  • Minimum 3 years in a client-facing pre-sales or solutions consultant role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools : Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Postman, TestNG, JMeter, Cypress, AI Driven Testing etc.
  • Proven ability to design test strategies, framework architectures, and execution plans
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid presentation skills and experience building client-ready decks using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple active pursuits, with strong accountability and followthrough.

    • Preferred Experience :

  • Experience in a QA services outsourcing company
  • Exposure to global clients (US / UK / Australia / Europe).
  • Knowledge of CI / CD, DevOps, AI-assisted testing, and shift-left QA.
  • Prior work across multiple domains (banking, logistics, insurance, eCommerce, SaaS, etc.)
