• Strong written and verbal communication skills (excellent grammar and brand tone sensitivity).
• Familiarity with ORM tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sentiment and data trends.
• Calm and composed under pressure, especially in handling sensitive situations or negative feedback.
• Good understanding of digital and social media platforms.
