About the Role

This is a tech-leadership role requiring strong hands-on development skills in Java + Spring Boot (backend) and Angular (frontend).

You will lead a development team, work closely with European clients, participate in architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 7–10 fullstack developers

Work directly with European clients to understand requirements

Develop backend services using Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs

Build frontend applications using Angular 9 / 12+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS

Build, review, and optimize API services (REST & SOAP)

Ensure code quality through reviews, testing (JUnit, Mockito), and best practices

Collaborate with DevOps teams on Docker / Kubernetes deployments

Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for smooth delivery

️ Required Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices

Strong Angular experience ( Angular 9 / 12+ )

Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, JPA / Hibernate

Solid experience with SQL Databases (MySQL / Oracle)

Unit testing with JUnit & Mockito

Experience leading technical teams

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift

Experience with CI / CD tools

Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Experience working with European clients
