Job Summary :
As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the companys entire accounting and financial management operations.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end accounting, compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
You will work closely with leadership to drive profitability, maintain statutory compliance, and ensure smooth financial operations aligned with the companys growth objectives.
Key Roles & Management & Reporting
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
- Conduct variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting for better decision-making.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and expense management.Implement cost optimization strategies for manufacturing and supply chain operations.Monitor working capital requirements and ensure proper fund utilization.Compliance & Taxation
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, ROC filings, and other statutory returns.Handle all statutory compliances related to manufacturing and export-import transactions.Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.Audit & Risk Management
Manage internal, statutory, and tax audits, ensuring timely closure without discrepancies.Strengthen internal controls and implement financial risk management processes.Support due diligence, funding, and compliance checks when required.Accounts Receivables & Payables
Oversee vendor payments, client receivables, credit control, and reconciliations.Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy cash flow.Handle domestic and international transactions including forex and export documentation.Team Leadership & Process Improvements
Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.Implement process improvements and adopt technology to drive automation.Act as a business partner to management, providing financial insights for strategic decisions.Role Requirements :
Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) / MBA Finance preferred.Minimum 7-12 years of accounting & finance experience, preferably in manufacturing / exportindustry.
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF / ESI compliance.Expertise in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle) and MS Excel (Advanced functions).Familiarity with export-import documentation and international transactions.Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.Salary : Competitive, based on experience & industry standards.
