Key Responsibilities-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer located in Delhi, India. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal support, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in court proceedings. The role involves collaborating with senior lawyers and other team members to ensure the efficient delivery of legal services. The Junior Lawyer will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and supporting various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications-

• Legal Research, Case Law Analysis, and Legal Writing
• Contract Drafting, Document Review, and Legal Documentation
• Client Communication, Negotiation Skills, and Court Proceeding Assistance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
• Experience in litigation or corporate law is a plus
• Proficiency in legal software and research tools is advantageous
• e-filing cases and documents in District courts and Delhi High Court
