Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable and performant web applications across the full stack.
  • Develop robust front-end user interfaces using React and Next.js, ensuring excellent user experience and responsiveness.
  • Build and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable backend services using Node.js.
  • Implement and work with modern API technologies like GraphQL and tRPC.
  • Apply knowledge of micro-frontend architecture principles to design modular and decoupled front-end systems.
  • Design and implement BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) design patterns to optimize client-server communication.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UI / UX designers, and other engineers to translate digital product requirements into technical specifications and deliver compelling user experiences.
  • Configure and maintain CI / CD pipelines, specifically Jenkins, for automated testing, build, and deployment processes.
  • Leverage AWS Experience to deploy, manage, and optimize applications within the cloud environment.
  • Ensure the overall quality, performance, and security of applications through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technology roadmap.

Primary Technical Stack & Required Skills :

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
  • Expert-level proficiency in React for building dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
  • Extensive experience with Next.js for server-side rendering, static site generation, and optimized web application development.
  • Strong expertise in Node.js for backend development, including building RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL and / or tRPC for API development.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of micro-frontend architecture principles and patterns.
  • Proven experience with BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) design patterns.
  • Solid understanding of Digital Product and UX (User Experience) principles.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services for cloud deployment and infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in CI / CD pipeline configuration, specifically Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of Spring or other similar backend frameworks for broader architectural understanding (e.g, if working in polyglot environments).
  • Proficiency with Git for version control.

    • Good to Have Skills :

  • Experience with Java with Spring Boot for backend development.
  • Familiarity with deployment platforms like Netlify and Vercel.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (eg, MongoDB) and / or relational databases (e.g, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks
