We are partnering with a leading multispeciality hospital that is also a listed entity, to hire a Company Secretary who will serve as the Compliance Officer of the organization.

The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience in handling secretarial compliances for listed entities, including board and committee meetings, stock exchange filings, and regulatory reporting. Prior exposure to the healthcare sector would be an added advantage.
