About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Growth Hacker to join our team, focused on driving scalable growth for our SaaS business via digital channels—especially LinkedIn andReddit.

The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in the SaaS industry, deep knowledgeof sales automation tools, and a proven track record of digital lead generation and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Devise, implement, and optimize growth hacking strategies on LinkedIn and Reddit todrive lead acquisition and brand awareness.

Actively engage with target audiences on LinkedIn and Reddit, building a credible presence and fostering valuable connections.

Develop and execute campaigns leveraging sales automation tools for outreach, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.

Generate high-quality leads via various digital channels, including social media, online communities, and SaaS-focused platforms.

Analyze user engagement, campaign performance, and key growth metrics to measure ROI and refine strategies.

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create compelling,

conversion-oriented content.

Stay up-to-date on SaaS industry trends, new digital platforms, and changes in LinkedIn / Reddit algorithms.

Experiment with and adopt new tools, platforms, and growth tactics to uncover untapped opportunities.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Digital Marketer, or a similar role in the

SaaS industry.

Expertise in growth strategies on LinkedIn and Reddit. Strong, visible presence and credibility on these platforms.

Proficient with sales automation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach,HubSpot, etc.).

Strong written and verbal command of the English language.

In-depth knowledge of lead generation tactics across various digital channels.

Hands-on experience in content marketing, including campaign ideation, planning, and execution.

Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision making.

Creative thinker with a passion for experimentation and rapid iteration.

Desired Skills :

Experience with SaaS / GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies and typical SaaS funnel metrics.

Copywriting and persuasive content creation for professional audiences.

Familiarity with Reddit moderation policies and best practices for authentic engagement.

Ability to manage multiple growth campaigns simultaneously.
