Role & Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and manage a strong performance marketing strategy to drive business growth.
- Develop and optimize digital acquisition and remarketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets across paid channels while ensuring high ROI and efficient CAC.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve key traffic KPIs through paid, organic, and owned media.
- Explore and test new marketing channels to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with management to share insights, improve funnel conversion, and present results regularly.
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.Proven track record of building and scaling large customer acquisition programs in an online business environment.Experience in media planning and execution across multiple online channels.Skills
Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of acquisition metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.Hands-on expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across :Google Search & Display, Facebook, Snapchat, OTT platformsAd Exchanges (e.g., Vserv, Komli, Tyroo, Affle, Resultrix, AdChakra)DSPs (DV360, MiQ, In-Mobi, Revx)Content platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)Remarketing platforms (Criteo, AdRoll)Ability to define and track key metrics, optimize costs, and scale strategies effectively.Creative mindset with the ability to understand consumer psychology and design innovative acquisition campaigns.Skills Required
