Rang De - Senior Manager - Finance

are looking for an experienced Thought Leader in Finance to Lead the Finance team as Senior Manager - Financial Operations.

The candidate will overall be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance as well as negotiations.

The VP job description will also extend to obtaining and maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.

The goal is to protect the company's revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will be able to apply analytical rigor to financial data, prepare meaningful analysis, generate financial models, make recommendations to improve profitability and present information in a concise, relevant format for senior management decision making.

Candidate should be able to produce high-quality work within tight time-frames and be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As Senior Manager Finance of Rang De, your role would include :

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets,and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
• Continually reviews work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency; and potential issues in accounts, financial processes and controls and proactively raise management attention to act and resolve
• Advising on long term business and financial planning
• Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management, external partners and stakeholders
• Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures
