Job descriptionAnalyze, evaluate, and verify software requirements, applications, and systems using established software engineering practices. Develop test scenarios based on software requirements and design software test cases using various verification methodologies and technologies. Execute automated, semi-automated, and manual test scripts and provide detailed test execution results. Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and report defects and enhancement suggestions to ensure quality deliverables. Design, develop, debug, and modify test software programs using current programming languages and tools. Create automated test scripts using standard test automation tools such as C# and Appium. Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to validate software applications and systems. Maintain test documentation and track software verification efforts in approved management tools. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies by interfacing with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 8 years of experience in software verification.
- Strong knowledge of advanced testing concepts and software verification strategies, including hardware-software integrated environments.
- Experience in test automation using C# and Appium.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch between projects efficiently.
- Highly accountable, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Experience with configuration management, requirements management, and issue tracking tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in Medical Device Software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge or experience with Bitbucket / Git version control systems.
