SAP Program Manager

We are seeking an accomplished SAP Program Manager with proven experience in managing large-scale SAP transformation programs across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S / 4HANA and related modules, coupled with strong program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade programs.
• Define and manage program scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Drive alignment between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual SLAs and project milestones.
• Facilitate status reviews, executive steering meetings, and provide clear reporting on progress and issues.
• Lead change management and ensure effective user adoption and post-implementation support.
