Roles and responsibilities

• System Administration & Configuration : Administer and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning models, including version control, reporting hierarchies, and user access management.
• Model Development : Design, build, and optimize complex financial models, planning templates, and forecasting tools for budgets, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Workforce Planning Expertise : Develop and implement strategic workforce plans, including headcount and cost planning, capacity optimization, and scenario modeling based on driver-based assumptions (e.G., hiring, transfers, retention).
• Data Integration & Integrity : Ensure data integrity and seamless integration between Workday Adaptive Planning and other source systems (e.G., Workday HCM, ERP, CRM) through monitoring, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Reporting & Analytics : Develop and optimize dashboards, OfficeConnect reports, and custom financial statements to provide real-time insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate and enhance FP&A and workforce planning processes, leveraging the latest Workday Adaptive features.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Finance, HR, IT, and operational teams to gather business requirements, align planning activities, and foster enterprise-wide collaboration.
