Lilo is revolutionizing procurement for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) businesses by providing a single platform to automate and optimize procurement processes, using AI. From hotels to gyms, schools, and senior living homes, we streamline workflows like invoicing, vendor management, and price comparisons, saving our clients both time and money. We are already transforming procurement for major brands like Fairfield, Hampton Inn, and Hilton.

About The Role

We are looking for a Backend / Full-stack developer with a passion for technology and problem-solving. If you consider yourself a rockstar with MERN and enjoy taking full ownership of your work, this is the opportunity for you! What You Will Do

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability.
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Collaborate in designing backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

What You Will Need

  • 2+ years of experience in backend / full-stack engineering.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
  • Experience using Docker.
  • English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Ownership mentality : You are proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
  • Availability to work in US East Coast time zone.
