Evaluate IT risks from SOX perspective.

Perform Design and operating effectiveness test of ITGCs as well as application controls.

Evaluate Design and performance of automated / configuration controls.

Liaise with client as well as external auditors for requirements and questions.

Finalize Issues noted and discuss it with the required stakeholders to bring it to closure.

Document Test work papers with precision and details

Professional Skillset :

  • Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback / coaching to team members. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization.
  • Foster relationships with client personnel. Consistently deliver quality client services. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
  • Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Understand EXL and its service lines and actively assess / present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with team members across all EXL practices to serve client needs.
  • Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge. Possess in depth business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
  • Effectively partner with the client to develop risk based audit scope and testing strategies. Manage the audit team and the key deliverables to ensure that each level of the audit lifecycle is executed with high-quality work. Using your cybersecurity expertise, advise the client on issue recommendations and remediation strategies.
  • Using your deep understanding of the risk based audit processes and activities performed, partner with the digital team to identify and develop automation initiatives for the client.
  • Continuously cultivate your cybersecurity technical and non-technical skills and encourage the same across your team and with the client. Implement a plan to perform routine trainings / lunch & learns with the client.
