Purpose of the Role :
The RSM, ASM will be responsible for driving and managing sales activities within the assigned region of Banglore (Karnataka). The role demands a strategic approach to work closely with the Zonal Head, Dealers, Distributors, and Third-Party Sales Force. The individual will focus on expanding and strengthening the channel distribution network, increasing brand visibility and product awareness, and supporting promotional campaigns, including digital platforms. The RSM,ASM will also provide valuable market intelligence and play a key role in strategic decision-making processes.

1. Achieve and exceed predefined regional sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

3. Ensure engagement, development, and retention of field sales force to maximize performance.
4. Establish a repeat and referral sales chain, ensuring long-term customer loyalty.
5. Provide an exceptional customer experience that enhances satisfaction and brand affinity.
6. Generate accurate reports on market analysis and maintain updated MIS.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
1. Target vs. Achieved Sales (Volume & Value).
2. Number of New Customers Acquired (Distributors, GAS Partners & OEM Dealers).
3. Repeat & Referral Sales.
4. Customer Claims & e-Warranty Management.
5. Growth in Sales (Running 12 Months).
