Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota for a Customer Relations Executive. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns efficiently. Responsibilities include proactive communication, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations expertise
• Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering consistent Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively and problem solve effectively
• Experience in banking, financial services, or clean technology sectors is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
