Role Summary

Role / Job Description

  • Will be a Core Team Member of the CEO's Office & will report to the Chief of Staff
  • Key Responsibilities :

o Actively involved in building long term Business strategy for the organization with senior leadership and cross functional stakeholders

o Tracking and driving business and functional performance (Commercial, Ops, Quality, R&D etc.) against defined KPI and organization level goals

o Lead key aspects of Transformative journey at BBL driving the Transformation agenda

o Pro-actively identify challenges or gaps in performance and work cross-functionally to find solutions

o Leverage knowledge of industry trends and benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve performance

o Help drive key business performance and strategic projects- such as cost optimization, revenue acceleration / EBITDA improvement, organic / inorganic growth (M&A)

  • Excellent opportunity to get exposure to and learn about a range of business functions as well as work closely with the Leadership Team
  • Skillset required

  • Strong problem-solving skills especially in a consulting set-up
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
