Pathways World School is looking for an HR professional with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process.
• Oversee job postings, candidate screening, sourcing, interview scheduling, and successful closure of roles.
• Prepare and maintain essential HR reports, including recruitment performance, PMS, Headcount, and attrition reports.
• Administer and support the complete employee lifecycle.
• Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.
