ServiceNow Architect / Lead / Developer

Main Priorities :

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Configure and customize modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management .
• Develop UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Business Rules , and Script Includes as per business requirements.
• Create and maintain Integration solutions using REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Work on Service Portal customization and workflow automation using Flow Designer or legacy workflows.
• Support upgrades, patches, and testing ensuring minimal impact on existing functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements , perform impact analysis, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and platform governance activities .
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines .
