About the Role : As a Senior Frontend Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical direction and execution of our frontend development efforts. You will lead a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. This is a hands-on role that requires you to be deeply involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

Hands-on Development :

Architect, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable frontend components and systems using

React,

React Native,

JavaScript, and HTML / CSS.

Product Development from Scratch :

Lead the development of new, innovative frontend products from initial concept to successful launch.

Team Leadership :

Lead and mentor a small, growing team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development support. You should currently be in a lead position within your organization.

UI / UX Collaboration :

Work closely with the product and design teams to translate ideas and wireframes into polished, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces. Possess the ability to drive UI / UX development even in the absence of clear designs.

Technical Vision :

Drive the frontend technology roadmap, making key architectural decisions and promoting best practices.

Test-Driven Development :

Champion and implement test-driven development (TDD) methodologies to ensure the reliability and robustness of our applications.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Partner with backend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless and integrated user experience.

Clear Communication :

Effectively articulate technical concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Expert-level proficiency in

React,React Native,JavaScript, and HTML5 / CSS3.

Test-Driven Development (TDD)

and a strong advocate for writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Desirable Qualifications (Brownie Points) :
