Job descriptionSearch new suppliers and vendors Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies Arrange sample from new vendors and arrange testing from quality department Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts. Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers. Builds and maintains relationships with vendors. Prepare Purchase Orders as per requirement & as per approved quotation. Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price. Plan monthly requirement of every raw material & arrange dispatch accordingly (coordinate with store & productions incharge) Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment of orders. Arrange transport for dispatch , proper tracking and ensure timely delivery . Ensures quality of procured items and addresses problems when they arise. Maintain proper documentation & provide reports for upper management
Designation : Manager Purchase / logistics
Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or relevant field.
Salary : Negotiable for Deserving Candidate

Qualification & Skills :
- Master degree / Bachelor degree in related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be presentable & smart.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
