Master Data Governance Technical Lead

Role : SAP MDG Tech Specialist

Location : Baner, Pune

Relevant Experience :

• Academic Level : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or similar;
• Language(s) and level of proficiency : English, Proficient. Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Knowledge / Experience : 3+ years of relevant experience in Master Data Management and Governance in a multinational environment;
• Good operational and technical knowledge of SAP MDG 2022 and above, including Product, Customer, Supplier, and Financial Master Data domains;
• Working experience of configuring / troubleshooting SAP MDG workflows;
• Working experience and understanding of Data Replication & Distribution frameworks such as ALE / IDoc, SOA, between MDG and SAP or non-SAP systems;
• Experience in basic MDG customizing using ABAP, BRF+ (Business Rule Framework), and BAdIs (Business Add-ins) for data validations and enhancements;
• Proficiency inAgile / Scrum DevOps framework and tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar;
• Proven experience in incident and service management and / or MDG project implementations;
• knowledge of ServiceNowITSM is a plus;
• Understanding of the SAP solution offering in S / 4 HANA;
• SAP ECC is a plus;
• Comfortable in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders : users, subject matter experts, leaders, IT support teams, etc.;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Customer-service mindset with a desire and capability to listen, learn and improve processes;
• You are willing to travel occasionally.
