Vice President - Salary Overdraft with Leading Bank

Roles and Responsibilities

The Salary Overdraft product manager will be responsible for development of product strategy, implementation of initiatives related to pricing and payout management. The individual will be the subject matter expert on overdraft product customization and design / influence product features and processes. Proven work experience in designing, promotion of products, managing portfolio, pricing and payouts is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Product and Portfolio management :

Drive and manage all P&L metrics for Salary Overdraft

Analyze competitive landscape to identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the business profitably

Develop go to market plan and ensure smooth product launch

Drive customer acquisition across key channels

Design and execute campaigns to drive overdraft limit activation and utilization

Manage and maintain portfolio health through regular reviews with respective stakeholders

Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Policy, Credit, Operations, IT, Audit and Compliance on various product related aspects such as processes, risk reviews, sales channel management

Address all compliance and audit related queries and implementing relevant recommendations in a timely manner

Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on Audit, Compliance and Payouts
