About MillionCXO

MillionCXO is a fast-growing demand and appointment generation company helping global IT and consulting businesses connect with senior decision-makers across the USA. We are setting up our new office in Bangalore and are looking for ambitious professionals to join our high-performance sales team.

Role Overview

We are hiring Appointment Generation Executives / Lead Generation Specialists with proven experience in USA calling and international lead generation . The ideal candidate is fluent in English, confident on calls, and capable of booking qualified appointments with senior executives (CXOs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects in the USA market (IT services, SaaS, consulting firms).
  • Build and nurture prospect lists through cold calls, email follow-ups, and LinkedIn outreach .
  • Understand client pain points and position MillionCXO’s solutions effectively.
  • Secure appointments / meetings with senior decision-makers (Directors, VPs, CXOs).
  • Update lead details, call notes, and appointment status accurately in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly / monthly appointment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation / appointment setting / inside sales .
  • Mandatory : Prior experience in calling the USA market / international process .
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with neutral or US accent.
  • Strong objection handling, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar CRMs is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts aligned to US timings .
