Position : Inside Sales Specialist

Location : Bangalore

Experience Required : 1–3 years in B2C EdTech Sales (K-12 experience not considered)

Job Type : Full-time, On-site (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM)

Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is an individual contributor (IC) role focused on lead conversion, customer engagement, and providing a seamless sales experience to potential learners. You will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls, building rapport, understanding customer needs, and closing sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with inquiries
  • Convert leads into admissions by understanding their needs and aligning them with suitable programs
  • Maintain excellent communication with prospects to ensure a smooth enrollment process
  • Provide post-enrollment support to ensure learner satisfaction and retention
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
  • Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of inside sales experience in the EdTech industry (B2C domain preferred)
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and close deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to work
  • Prior experience or knowledge in the cybersecurity or IT training domain is a strong plus
