Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and a passion for process improvement. You will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Please note the work location : Mahad.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support to production teams.
Monitor process performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

5-8 years of experience in process engineering or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of process design and optimization techniques.

Proficient in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).

Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
