Head - Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes
• Oversee monthly / quarterly financial statements and management reporting
• Ensure GST, Income Tax, Company Law, and statutory compliance
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and banking relationships
• Implement internal controls and risk management frameworks
• Lead and develop finance team of 8-12 professionals
• Support business expansion decisions with financial analysis and modelling
