About the Role :

We're looking for a Performance Marketer to join our team!

If you live and breathe data-driven marketing, love optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and want to own performance from click to conversion, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Optimize and manage Facebook Ads for sales and lead-generation campaigns
Set up and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns
Run LinkedIn and other media buying campaigns
Execute and manage paid link-building, SEO, and SMO initiatives
Strategically manage and scale paid social campaigns across platforms
Create, monitor, and refine lead and sales funnels to maximize conversions
Provide training and guidance to junior team members
Manage campaign reporting and performance dashboards
Build marketing strategies and create project case studies to showcase success

Eligibility Criteria

2-5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing

Proven track record in managing Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns

Deep understanding of key PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)

Experience with SEO, SMO, and media buying strategies

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking

Ability to design and optimize lead funnels and conversion paths

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Team management and project leadership experience preferred

Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and client interactions
