Job Description :
The Associate Process Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects. Key responsibilities include providing guidance, promoting a positive team culture, and ensuring timely and effective task completion.
Key Responsibilities :
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear team goals and drive the team to achieve them within the set timeframe.
Delegate tasks, set deadlines, and guide team members to complete tasks.
Oversee day-to-day operations and meet daily deliverables goals.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics to the leadership team.
Motivate team members and take accountability.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
Encourage creativity and risk-taking to achieve high-level results.

In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
Functional knowledge of Adobe Creative applications is an added advantage
Experience :
3-5 years of experience in team handling (preferably in the Creative Design field, with 25+ team members).
8 Years of experience in Graphic Designing with InDesign.
Additional Requirements :
Flexibility for Night shift – US Shift
Willingness to work from the office
