Job Title : Performance Marketing + AIO / SEO Specialist

Experience : 2–3 years only

Immediate joiners will be preferred. Onsite position.

Summary

This is a performance first role. The person will run paid demand generation across Google, Meta, YouTube and . Alongside that, they will execute SEO and AIO work hands-on.

Responsibilities

Performance marketing

plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across search, social and video.
manage budgets, monitor CAC, ROAS and take scale / cut decisions.
Run campaign on email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.
build dashboards and reports.

SEO + AIO (execution)

run keyword research and map search intent.

execute AIO style content workflows end to end.

publish and optimise pages for rankings and conversions.

track ranking movements, implement fixes and drive organic growth.

Skills

hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

strong with GA4, GSC and GTM.

understands CPL, CAC, ROAS.

can independently create AIO optimised content that ranks.
